LaserFlight 1:3 Scale Slingsby Petrel Type-13 Short Kit

This short kit is heavily based on the Chris Williams 1:3.5 scale Slingsby Petrel sailplane. The sailplane short kit evolved from the need for a set of wings for a 1:3 scale Petrel built by Tom Augustine for Rick Briggs in southern California. Rick had commisioned Tom to build the larger 6m meter version of the Petrel and when it came time for wings, Rick asked me to create a set of ribs for these wings.

Over time, further requests came to me to complete the model and offer a complete short kit at 1:3 scale. This is now available.
